Cal Newport's Weekly Template for Notion

Hi Notion friends,

Welcome to the latest edition of The Notion Club! Here, we bring you the latest tips, resources, and insights to help you make the most out of your Notion experience.

Time Management in Notion

You might already use a planner or calendar for weekly planning.

But have you considered a weekly template?

This template guides your planning, making it more efficient and aligned with your ideal week.

Inspired by a recent episode of Cal Newport's podcast, I decided to create my own weekly template in Notion.

A weekly template includes key aspects like daily themes, protected time, shutdown routines, and specific rules and limits.

I'm still fine tuning and revising mine as I go, but here's a preview of what I have so far.

This has no affiliation with Cal Newport and simply what I learned from his podcast episode above.
